Corporate
AVIATION CHALLENGE
Overview
Anyone can
take their coworkers to play golf. Try something different for your next
incentive retreat--Corporate AVIATION CHALLENGE! Take to the skies with
your teammates as you learn to fly our high-performance jet simulators
or learn valuable land and water survival skills.
It's a place
where business suits are replaced with flight suits, cellular phones are
exchanged for throttle controls and you're calling the shots from the
seat of a jet in a simulated air combat mission.
At AVIATION CHALLENGE, we try to fly in crews of twoa Pilot in the
front seat of the jet, and a Weapons Systems Officer behind the Pilot.
Both crewmembers are vitalno one wins a battle alone. No plane flies
into battle alone, either! A mission sortie can involve up to six different
aircraft. That's twelve crew members going into battle, and their leader
is the flight leader. The flight leader can be either a pilot or a WSO
of any aircraft! It is crucial to the performance of an aircrew that each
member of that crew understands their duties as completely as possible.
This enables better crew coordination and allows for more successful missions.
The importance of each crewmember being completely aware of all of his/her
responsibilities is continually stressed. All crewmembers must realize
that successful mission accomplishment and safety depend on the entire
flight crew's coordination and skill.
Recommended single team size is 8 to 16 participants. Multiple teams welcome.
